Job Summary

WM College is home to a thriving creative community: adult learners making work in our studios, exhibiting in our gallery spaces, and celebrating their achievements at craft fairs and award ceremonies. We’re looking for a Marketing & Events Coordinator to help bring this programme to life.

Job Description

You’ll:
Coordinate our exhibitions programme – calls for submissions, labels and signage, gallery and website content, private views, and the safe return and sale enquiries of learner work
Support a year-round events calendar including open days, concerts, craft fairs, learner awards and partnership showcases
Capture and create content – photography, short video, learner interviews – for our website and social channels
Handle the practical side: room bookings, layouts, AV, promotional materials and on-the-day delivery

Job Requirements

You might be an arts administrator, gallery assistant, events coordinator or marketing assistant looking for a role that combines creative programming with community purpose. You’ll need strong organisation, a keen eye for detail, good digital skills (Canva, Adobe, social platforms) and genuine warmth in how you work with people.
