Job Description

Phil McIntyre Live are looking for a highly motivated Promotions Assistant to join our Live team. This is an exciting entry level opportunity for driven individual with an eye for detail and superb administration skills. Experience using Photoshop/Canva is desirable.

The successful candidate will assist with planning and executing national and local campaigns across all tours, editing tour artwork, writing copy for social media, compiling sales reports for analysis, liaising directly with venues, and all admin relating to touring. An interest in comedy and theatre is essential as the role includes attending live gigs in the evenings and occasionally at weekends.

Note that responsibilites will extend beyond marketing. The successful canditate will assist in end-to-end management of touring productions.

Salary starting at 29k, increasing after 3 months.

Job Requirements

Excellent organisational skills and habits.
Excellent understanding of Photoshop and all MS systems, particularly Excel.
Good maths skills.
Great verbal and communication skills.
Be keen to learn, be sociable, a team-player and excited by live comedy.
Ability to adapt to a medley of tasks within a dynamic environment.
