The Events Team are located within Valentines Park voted multiple times as one of the Top Ten Green Flag Award-winning parks in the UK!
Vision Redbridge Culture and Leisure is seeking an enthusiastic experienced forward thinking and proactive Event Production Officer to support the delivery of the Boroughs Annual Outdoor Events Programme. Job Requirements
Support the Event Manager to deliver the development and management of community festivals and commercial hires of facilities in Vision’s Parks & Open Spaces
Support and assist the Event Manager to facilitate major festivals and programmes with internal and external partners
Oversee the coordination of the events diary ensure its regular distribution to partners.
Evidence of continued self-improvement or professional development in Events Management
IOSH Health and Safety Qualification
Experience of working in an outdoor events environment
Understanding of outdoor events equipment
Intermediate IT Skills including Outlook, MS Teams, SharePoint, Access, Excel and Word
