Eastleigh Borough Council is looking for a creative, commercial and audience-focused Marketing, Sales & Programming Manager to help lead an ambitious new model for The Point and The Berry Theatre.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of two much-loved cultural venues.
The Point and The Berry Theatre play an important role in the Borough. They bring people together, support local talent and provide space for communities, artists, schools, hirers and audiences.
We are building a more focused and sustainable model that grows audiences, increases income, makes better use of our venues and keeps culture at the heart of community life.
Job Requirements
We are particularly interested in examples of:
Growing ticket sales, income or audiences
Leading multi-channel marketing campaigns
Using data and customer insight to improve results
Working in a venue, cultural, leisure, visitor economy or events setting
Managing budgets, targets and return on investment
Building strong working relationships across teams and with partners
