Photography and Video (Editing)

I am looking for someone to assist with editing of photography work and video work. these could be two different people or the same person.

photography:
you will be editing primarily event work using Lightroom or similar.
this is a freelance role which will initially work by project and is paid at an hourly rate of £12.5-15 depending on experience.

video:
i am looking for someone that has some experience editing documentary style coverage of events to support with the editing of some projects. this is a freelance role which will work by project and is paid at an hourly rate of £15-22.5 depending on experience.
