Location: Can be fully remote or based in Manchester (Hybrid working 2 days per week minimum in the office)
Salary: GBP £26,001 to £30K

The role
We are looking for a Quantitative Researcher to join our team. You will undertake research design, database setup and data analysis, working alongside project teams to deliver insightful, stimulating reports.
You’ll thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, managing the successful delivery of projects on time, on budget, and to MHM’s high standards. This is a collaborative, technical role where you will help develop innovative data analysis processes, ensure our data foundations are sound, and contribute to a vibrant, successful team culture.
About You
You’re naturally curious, highly analytical, and passionate about turning complex datasets into powerful, actionable insights. With outstanding attention to detail, you thrive on working with both quantitative and qualitative research to uncover the narrative behind the numbers. You balance a structured, rigorous approach with a proactive problem-solving mindset, staying cool and accurate under pressure in a fast-paced agency environment. Collaborative and communicative, you take pride in explaining complex ideas in an accessible way, supporting your project teams, and building strong relationships across the business.
Job Requirements
