Job Description
Our event team is the first point of contact for guests and visitors, serving as representatives of London Invitational. This team plays a vital role in daily operations, welcoming guests, answering questions with confidence, and keeping things running smoothly from open to close.
We’re looking for quick thinkers who stay composed under pressure, solve problems on the fly, and bring a professional, positive energy to every interaction. Our event team will ensure that every guest has a seamless, memorable experience.
Job Requirements
Commitment is expected for the duration of London Invitational
– Wednesday, 14 October: 1-hour orientation
– Thursday – Saturday, 15 – 17 October: 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM
– Sunday, 18 October: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
– Friendly, professional manner and strong communication skills
– Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
– Punctual and reliable, comfortable working as part of a team
– Previous event or customer service experience preferred (not required)
