Job Description
The Music Manager is a key role responsible for the quality of our music clubs and professional performances. You will lead the team that delivers our lessons and ensure every session helps students thrive through music.
This freelance role has flexible hours and is approximately a day a week in and around term time. Fee negotiable starting at £20ph.
What we are looking for
You are an active musician and educator with a strong background in live performance and a passion for developing young talent. You are a supportive leader who can mentor a team of coaches and manage the high standards required for professional gigs and young musician development.
Job Requirements
– Experience in individual and group music teaching
– Knowledge of equipment for stage and recording including common DAWs
– Experience leading and designing creative workshops
– Experience managing and working with teams
