Awards Administrator – 5-Month Fixed-Term Contract

We are looking for a keen, conscientious administrator with an eye for detail to play a crucial role in responding to entrants to the 2026 Koestler Awards. The Awards Administrator must be enthusiastic about working in an arts charity which supports people across the criminal justice system, and be experienced using Excel to create mail merges and validate data. They must be confident using a CRM system and able to keep a high level of accuracy when working with thousands of records of digital data and paper. They will get the satisfaction of seeing the data they input, update, and validate go onto meaningful certificates, alongside feedback and
awards to thousands of people engaging in creativity across the justice system.

What You’ll Do:
Administer the Koestler Awards certification process from checking and amending data, to merging documents and finally stuffing hundreds of envelopes.
Respond to queries about the data and help solve problems and notice trends
Ensure confidentiality and high levels of accuracy are maintained at all times

What We’re Looking For:
At least 6 months of experience in administration in an office environment, which must include mail merge.
A strong interest in our work.
A commitment to travel to our offices in East Acton (the role can’t be done at home) and to the full length of the contract.
