Job Description
To facilitate Heritage Consultations and Co-Design Workshops, with targeted groups in our community to shape the development of the Old Library in King’s Lynn the new home of The Workshop.
Job Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Work with the Executive Team to identify further groups in our community to engage in the consultation & co-design programme
Conduct research in the local area to identify existing arts infrastructure and activities and make contact with venues, groups, organisations and individuals who can help make the project happen
Listen to local voices and work with key stakeholders to identify needs within communities and work with key stakeholders on the vision and goals for The Carnegie that address these needs
Facilitate community consultation workshops,
Facilitate co-design workshops with groups in our community on the development of ideas for the space, accessibility and feel of the venue
Work with the evaluation team to reflect on and share learning within the organisation and the wider sector
