Join us at The Glasshouse International Centre for Music as our next In Harmony Coordinator.

Reports to: Make Music Manager
Location: The Glasshouse International Centre for Music
Hours: 36 hours per week
Salary: SCP 24, £26,175 per annum
Closing date: 5pm, 12th August 2026

Do you want to be part of our Make Music team, inspiring young people on their musical journey?

As In Harmony Coordinator, you’ll be working closely with the In Harmony Manager, Musicians and Tutors to coordinate all aspects of the programme and any after school activities. The role will be focussed on administrative planning, coordination, pastoral care, and overseeing the activity of the programme, including performances and exams.

In Harmony aims to inspire and transform the lives of children through community-based orchestral music-making. The aim is to increase confidence, wellbeing, resilience, and educational attainment. By working in partnership, In Harmony helps build stronger communities, generating pride, hope and aspiration.
