Job Description
Voicing Masculinities is a theatre-in-education show for ages 12-16 exploring masculinity, mental health, peer pressure, racism, misogyny and online influence.
Dates: rehearsals 12-16 October 2026; tour 19-23 October; half-term break 26-30 October, not contracted; tour 2-27 November, Monday-Friday.
Fee: £900 per contracted week; £5,400 total.
Most days start and finish at our Greenwich office. The earliest call is 7.00am. The tour is mainly in Medway and includes four days in Oldham, with travel and accommodation provided.
We usually give two performances a day. There may occasionally be three, with equivalent time off agreed during the contract.
Job Requirements
Professional stage-management and small- or mid-scale touring experience.
Experience operating sound and video through QLab.
A full UK driving licence and confidence driving a high-roof, long-wheelbase van.
A calm, organised and practical approach.
Clear communication and appropriate professional boundaries around young people.
The ability to take part in lifting, loading, get-ins and get-outs.
The right to work in the UK.
Schools touring, theatre-in-education or company-management experience is helpful but not essential.
Appointment is subject to references, driving and insurance checks, right-to-work checks and an enhanced DBS check. Little Fish will arrange a new DBS check where needed.
