Job Summary

Are you passionate about bringing art to everyone? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Digital Content Editor – Prints (0.4FTE, 2 days a week) to join our friendly and dedicated team.

Job Description

As Digital Content Editor – Prints, you will lead on the creation of powerful, inclusive content that highlights the richness and diversity of prints in UK collections. You’ll play a vital role in shaping Art UK’s editorial approach to prints and printmaking, working closely with freelance writers, artists, researchers and content producers to bring new perspectives to our platform.
You are a skilled digital content editor with excellent judgement, strong writing skills, and an instinct for what makes a great story. You have a deep knowledge of art and are passionate about making it accessible to wider audiences. You care about reaching underrepresented voices and uncovering stories that deserve to be heard. The primary focus of this role will be on creating new written and video content relating to the large number of prints on Art UK, while also supporting the Director of Content to better surface, link and enhance existing content on the site. You will not be expected to have experience of directly producing video content.
You’ll be confident developing ideas and commissioning contributors, and working with partners to create engaging and authentic content. You’re well organised, collaborative, and bring experience of working with diverse contributors.
