Christmas Day Project Producer

This freelance role will produce and coordinate both the in-person event and associated delivery activity, working closely with staff, volunteers, community partners and guests to ensure a welcoming, safe, accessible and delivered to a high standard event.

We are looking for someone with strong project coordination or event production experience, excellent organisational and communication skills, and confidence working with volunteers, community groups and practical logistics. You will be calm under pressure, collaborative, detail-focused and committed to inclusion, care and community.

The role runs for up to 48 days (a standard day being 09:00 – 17:00, works out hourly to £21.30 p/h) from 1 October 2026 to January 2027, and requires working on Christmas Day.
