Job Requirements
Practical, hands-on individual with strong facilities or building management experience, ideally within a creative, gallery or studio environment. The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities, from routine maintenance and health & safety compliance to storage systems and event set-up.
Good problem-solving skills are essential, along with the confidence to troubleshoot issues independently and know when to escalate to specialist contractors. Strong communication and relationship-building skills matter too, as the role involves liaising with cleaning staff, freelance tradespeople, Studio Holders and colleagues across the organisation.
