We are seeking a proactive, organised and relationship-driven Partnerships & Administrative Associate to support the growth and delivery of Minor Attractions. This role combines partnership development, project coordination and administration, while helping to build the relationships and systems that support the fair, its programme and broader projects.
Working closely with the small team, the successful candidate will help identify and manage partnerships, support exhibitors and collaborators, and contribute to the planning and delivery of events and activations throughout the year.
Job Requirements
We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously.
You will have:
Based in London with Full Right to work in the UK.
Experience in partnerships, arts administration, project coordination or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
Confidence in managing relationships with a range of stakeholders.
The ability to work independently and take initiative.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with spreadsheets, project management tools and digital collaboration platforms.
Desirable
Experience working within contemporary art, culture, publishing, events or creative industries.
Experience developing sponsorships, partnerships or business development opportunities.
Familiarity with the contemporary art sector and gallery ecosystem.
Experience managing media partnerships and external communications.
