Visitor Experience Assistant

As a Visitor Experience Assistant at Twist Museum, you will play a key role in creating memorable, engaging and educational experiences for our visitors. As the public face of the museum, you will welcome guests, help them explore our exhibits, explain the science and psychology behind our illusions, and ensure every visitor receives exceptional customer service.

This is a varied and hands-on role that combines visitor engagement, admissions, retail, operational support, safety, and event delivery. You will work across different areas of the museum, helping to maintain a safe, welcoming and enjoyable environment while supporting the day-to-day operation of one of London’s most unique attractions.

We are currently recruiting for positions on both 12-hour and 30-hour per week contracts. The rate of pay is £13.00 per hour.
