Job Description

Annerin Productions is seeking Customer Experience Assistants to lead our event to success. They will support all areas of our exhibition in Nottingham by allowing a flow-through traffic of guests into the exhibit and offer guidance to the attendees. This is a great role for ambitious people who like to engage with customers.

~Position details~
~Employment to commence as part-time and full-time opportunities in Nottingham at Motorpoint Arena.
~Exact hours will be confirmed closer to the exhibition date, but must be available to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week from the period 17th July – 9th August, 2026
~ Ability to work evenings and some weekends
~ Remuneration is £13 per hour (travel will not be included in the hourly wage)

Desired Skills and Experience
* Box office or ticket scanning experience
* Merchandise Experience
* Customer service experience within the Retail or Hospitality & Events sectors

Job Responsibilities

* Providing impeccable customer service throughout the Guest’s journey covering ticketing, customer service and retail
*Ensure policies and protocols are being followed and providing impeccable customer service.
* Work with team members to provide an excellent experience to the guests
* Provide continual security to ensure health and safety protocols are being met
* Facilitating guest feedback to relevant management
