Job Description
13 Going on 30 The Musical is a stage reimagining of the beloved 2004 hit romantic comedy film that starred Jennifer Garner and Mark Ruffalo. It opens at the Princess of Wales theatre following a successful run at the Manchester Opera House in 2025.
PRODUCTION DATES:
London Rehearsal Dates: Monday 19th October (TBC) – Saturday 14th November 2026
Travel Day: Monday 16th November 2026
Toronto Technical Rehearsal Dates: Wednesday 18th November – Sunday 29th November
Toronto Performance Dates: Tuesday 1st December 2026 – Sunday 24th January 2027
Travel Day: Monday 25th January 2027

Job Requirements
Clear, confident communication within the Stage Management team, technical departments, performers, and production staff.
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, live production environment
Practical making skills, especially in carpentry and joinery, are required.
Familiarity with and adherence to current Health & Safety guidelines relevant to the production is essential, which may include working at height, using appropriate safety equipment and clothing and attending training as deemed necessary.
