Job Description
Volunteers will be an integral part of our team, helping us with setting up/ taking down and stewarding the four stages around Norwich City Centre and supporting and engaging with audiences and evaluation.
Performances will run from 12.30-4.30 pm on Sundays in August (2, 9, 16, 23 & 30) with set up starting from 10.30 am. Shift start and end times are determined according to volunteers’ interests and availability.
Ideally, we ask that volunteers are available for a minimum of two dates for this event.
In return we can provide volunteers with the opportunity to meet new people, gain work and life experience, make new friends, enjoy fantastic performances and be part of one of the headline free events in Norwich’s summer events calendar.

Job Requirements
A positive and enthusiastic attitude
A passion for live music and arts performance
Good communication skills, with an approachable and friendly personality
Commitment to and flexibility with shifts
Adaptability
A good knowledge of Norwich City Centre
Ability to work as part of a team and to use own initiative
Commitment to equal opportunities and access for all
Knowledge of manual handling requirements and ability to lift (if helping with stage set up/take down)
