Artist Commission – ‘Feedback Station’ for Outdoor Festival

We are looking for a creative and engaging ‘station’ to collect feedback at the two events. We do not have preconceived ideas of what the station should look like or whether it should be vertical or horizontal for example… We need it to be obvious and intriguing. People of all ages need to be able to engage with it and it should feel like an activity as part of the festival, rather than an add on.

The requirements for the ‘Feedback Station’ are:

It should be self-supported and safe for people to touch, write on or engage with in some way.
It must be ‘weather proof’ – we will look to provide rain cover in the form of a gazebo but the station must be able to withstand wind and ideally light rain without cover.
It must be able to be carried by two people maximum.
It must fit (or fold to fit) into the back of an estate car (with the seats flat).
It must be bright and engaging (so people notice it) and pose the following question/statements for people to answer in some way:
“Tell us what you loved most about today…”
It must be able to be used twice on two consecutive days, so needs to be able to be ‘cleared’ of answers quite quickly for it to be ready for the next event (alternatively there need to be two versions).

Budget Fees = £1000 (4 days of artist time)
Materials = up to £200
