Phoenix, Leicester are seeking a full-time Commercial Development Manager to join our senior management team and lead the organisation’s commercial business activities.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced business development professional to lead the growth of Phoenix’s commercial activities across our Caf Bar, F&B-led events, venue hire, and conferencing.

The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new revenue opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving sustainable business growth. You will work collaboratively across the organisation to strengthen Phoenix’s commercial offer while supporting its long-term strategic objectives.

This is a part-time role, 30 hours a week (on average).
