Pottery Teacher – Freelance

SkandiHus is looking for an experienced and passionate pottery teacher to join our friendly team. You would need to be available to teach a weekend course, covering hand building and wheel throwing skills across our Walthamstow or De Beauvoir studio.
You will also have the opportunity to teacher one off Taster classes, Private Events and provide cover for teachers when needed.

At SkandiHus we are more than just a pottery studio – we are a space for creativity, healing, and mindfulness. We are looking for someone who shares our ethos and values.

You should be:
– Skilled and confident in teaching wheel throwing and hand building.
– Have a minimum of 2 years teaching experience.
– Patient, kind and approachable with students of all levels.
– Excited to be part of the SkandiHus community and contribute to our mission.

Rate of pay £28 – £32 per hour.
Minimum of 2.5 hours per week with opportunity to increase.
