Job Summary

Exeter Phoenix is seeking a versatile individual who is confident working with different systems and managing data, as well as contributing to a busy and creative team. Interviews will take place on Wed 20 May 2026.

Job Description

Full Time [37.5 hours / 5 days]
Permanent Contract to start ASAP

Salary: £26,520.00
Holidays: 24 days p/a plus one day per year of service, up to 5 years.

Job Requirements

– At least 1 year in a marketing role

– Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting, proof-reading and editing skills
– Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
– Ability to develop strong working relationships with key contacts inside and outside of the organisation
– PC and/or Mac literate
– Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
– Experience working with WordPress or other CMS
– Working knowledge of Spektrix or other Box Office software or CRM
– Experience using Canva and/or Adobe Suite
– Experience using social media in a professional capacity
– Understanding of GDPR principles

– An interest in the arts
– Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
– Willingness to show initiative and engage with tasks proactively
– Ability to work as part of a team and individually
– Attention to detail
