Job Description
Clore Leadership is looking for a proactive and detail driven Bookkeeper to join our small, friendly, and committed team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our finance function, working closely with the Finance Manager and Executive Director to ensure the smooth day to day running of our financial operations.
You’ll be responsible for a range of financial administration tasks, including invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and supporting the production of management and year end accounts. Your work will directly support the delivery of Clore Leadership’s transformational programmes and our relationships with funders and partners.

Job Requirements
Essential
Financial competency and a working experience of accounting software, (preferably Sage Line 50)
PC literate to a high degree with proficiency in MS SharePoint
Ability to work on one’s own initiative
High standard of accuracy and ability to pay close attention to detail
Good communication skills, especially in writing and on the phone
Customer service centred and systems-based approach to financial administration.
Positive approach to working with others, as part of a busy and collaborative team
Ability to liaise with a wide range of people.
Commitment to inclusive and equitable practice and working culture.
Interest in arts & culture in the UK
Desirable
Experience working with database / CRM systems (such as CiviCRM).
Knowledge and experience of working in the cultural sector in the UK
