Job Summary
Job Description
Reporting to the Director and working closely with the projects team and printer technician, you will have excellent time management and organisational skills. You will be working on a number of projects simultaneously and this work is key to production work flow in our workshop. The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, flexible and able to work as an individual whilst communicating well with a larger team. Drawing will be mainly on large screens in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator and also in CAD (we use TurboCad)
Job Requirements
Have excellent hand drawing skills
Have excellent photoshop and Illustrator skills
Be able to demonstrate a variety of styles and have knowledge of classical design and art styles
Be familiar with vector programmes (Adobe Illustrator and/or CAD)
Be able to work to a brief, solve problems creatively and work in wide range of styles
Be able to follow existing styles closely to expand established collections
Be willing to learn new techniques and programmes to extend skill base
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Have great attention to detail
Have proven experience of artwork creation and manipulation to a high standard
Have ability to understand and execute instructions
Manage own workload and keep to deadlines and budget.
