Raze Collective Interim Director

We are Raze Collective. An artist-led LGBTQIA+ charity (est. 2015) dedicated to the advancement of queer culture in the UK. We are committed to building a thriving, accessible and intersectional queer arts & culture sector. This is an unique opportunity for a dynamic person or partnership, to step into a director-level position and join Raze Collective at this moment of significant change, taking a leading role in shaping our future. We are looking for an individual/s who share our values of championing LGBTQIA+ performance making and will advocate for those historically underrepresented within the queer sector, particularly QTIBIPOC and disabled artists. – Offer: Fixed-term freelance role, 20 weeks on a 2 days a week basis. – Fee: £8,000 for 40 days @ £200 per day. – Location: London and Hybrid. (At least 1 day a week in-person in London.)
