Job Summary

As a core team member, you will coordinate and support our music groups, workshops, and events. You will work closely with the Artistic and Music Directors to ensure our programme meets its agreed outcomes and outputs while maintaining a safe, inclusive, and efficient environment for all.

Job Description

Salary: £24,877 actual per annum (£31,096 FTE). Hours: 30 hours per week (0.8 FTE). Contract: Fixed-term until July 2027 (extension subject to funding). Location: Hybrid (Home working plus our Moseley, Birmingham office). Flexibility: Occasional evening or weekend work required (TOIL provided). We are looking for an organised, proactive and detail-focused Programme Manager to coordinate and support the delivery of our music groups, workshops and events. You will work closely with the Artistic Director and Music Director to ensure everything runs smoothly and that our programme meets its agreed outcomes and outputs. The Programme Manager will have a high level of autonomy, and will play a key leadership role within the team, with responsibility for our Freelance Session Assistants, Volunteers and contributing to managing the Marketing and Communications Officer. This role suits someone who enjoys working as part of a team, thrives when managing multiple projects, and cares deeply about making a positive difference through community arts. Key Responsibilities Leadership: Play a key leadership role within the team with a high level of autonomy. Management: Take responsibility for Freelance Session Assistants and Volunteers, and contribute to managing the Marketing and Communications Officer.
