Job Summary
Job Description
Studio Secret Cinema is seeking an Associate Creative Director to shape high-impact immersive brand experiences for global clients in gaming, tech, and entertainment. The role blends senior creative leadership with hands-on craft, leading narrative concept development for major pitches and overseeing creative execution from concept through live delivery. The position directly contributes to Studio Secret Cinema’s growth and reputation for industry-leading experiential campaigns.
This is a fixed-term contract through 31 December 2026, based in or near Greater London, with a hybrid work model requiring at least three days per week in the office. The salary range is £70,000-£80,000 per year, with options for a four- or five-day workweek and compensation adjusted accordingly.
Success is measured by pitch win rate, cultural impact and shareable key visuals, account growth through follow-on work, and industry recognition such as award nominations. The role offers significant opportunity to influence major experiential projects, collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, and help define world-class cultural moments through immersive storytelling and event design.
This role is open until 5 PM GMT on 6 March.
Job Requirements
- Extensive experience (typically 7+ years) in creative experiential or events agencies, with at least 3 years at a Senior Creative level, specifically within experiential, brand activation, or immersive entertainment. (Theatre-making or directing experience is a major plus).
- Proven Pitch Mastery: A track record of leading and winning high-value (six to seven-figure) creative pitches for global corporate brands.
- Spatial & Narrative World Building: Deep experience in the ability to map out a guest journey across physical environments, ensuring the story translates into 3D space and live layers.
- Design Literacy: While not necessarily a designer themselves, the candidate must have the technical language to direct 3D designers and integrate creative tech like AR, projection mapping, RFID, as well as graphic and production designers.
- A Deep Talent Network: An established network of world-class performers, makers, and creative collaborators.
