Head of Technical

We have an exciting new role for a highly-skilled, experienced and proactive Head of Technical to work closely with the Technical Director on the day-to-day technical management of our theatres whilst liaising with third party producers and all our staff. Leading the delivery of technical infrastructure projects across the group to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of our theatres, you will also maintain an awareness of operational and technical requirements and manage incoming productions to ensure smooth turnarounds.

The successful candidate will have significant experience as a theatre technical manager or production manager with a thorough understanding of building infrastructure and a proven track record leading and managing projects to delivery on deadline, working closely across departments and with multiple external contractors. Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative approach are essential for success in this role.
