What you’ll do:
- Outline of Specific Functions:
- License productions to the specific needs of the amateur market
- Offer customer services support to the licensing team
- Offer administrative support to the licensing team, ensuring information is kept up to date on Salesforce
Core Responsibilities:
- Answering customer queries via telephone and email
- Maximising sales of theatrical performing licenses and scripts
- Provide timely responses to all enquiries
- Provide knowledgeable advice and suggestions on Concord Theatricals products
- Provide current information on availability of titles based on up-to-date communications with authors and agents
- Participate in marketing campaigns to promote new and other specific Concord Theatricals products

Job Requirements
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good organisational skills with an ability to multi-task and prioritise
- A flexible, willing team member
- Excellent communication skills, including telephone communication
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- An interest in theatre and music
- Ability to work under pressure
- Salesforce experience would be useful
