I’m looking for an experienced craftsperson to stretch and prepare professional painting canvases and to carry out more complex carpentry tasks for shaped and custom-built supports. The role includes constructing and reinforcing stretcher frames, precise stretching of linen and cotton, priming, sanding surfaces, and assisting with bespoke wooden structures related to artworks and installations. A high level of craftsmanship, accuracy, and sensitivity to fine art materials is essential.
24 hours, a week and compliant with National Wage legislation
