Deputy Technical Manager

The Deputy Building Manager will supervise the maintenance and upkeep of Chelmsford Theatre. Carry out reactive repairs, planned preventative maintenance, managing contractors and conducting regular Health and Safety checks. Ensuring compliance, safety, efficiency and high standards. The role supports and deputises for the Technical and Buildings Manager. This position plays a key role in delivering building improvements and operational excellence.
