Freelance Opportunity: Evaluation Lead
Raw Material & London Arts and Health are seeking an experienced freelance evaluator to lead the evaluation of Creative Communities, Creating Change (4Cs) – a 3-year creative health and wellbeing programme for young people (11-19) and their families across South London.
You’ll design and deliver a participatory, mixed-methods evaluation, working closely with communities and partners to shape learning and future practice.

Expected Working Pattern: 14 hours per week.
Job Requirements
Experience of designing and delivering mixed-methods evaluations/research within health, mental health, youth, social care or creative health contexts.
Demonstrated experience working collaboratively across community and clinical settings.
Familiarity with validated mental health/wellbeing measures (e.g., WEMWBS, MFQ).
Understanding of safeguarding, ethical data practice, confidentiality and informed consent within evaluation and research settings.
Experience working alongside diverse communities and an understanding of how inequality, racism and structural barriers shape engagement with health and social care support services and experiences of health and wellbeing.
