Job Summary

The Marketing & Operations Coordinator will support the smooth running, visibility, and sustainability of Forest Forge. Working with the Executive and Artistic Directors, the role delivers marketing and communications, admin, finance and operations across our artistic programmes and development work

Job Description

Salary: Up to £27,000 pro rata per annum

Contract: 20 hours per week

Term: Fixed term until May 2027, extension funding dependent

Reporting to: Executive Director

Responsible for: No line management responsibility

The Marketing & Operations Coordinator supports the smooth running, visibility, and sustainability of Forest Forge. Working with the Executive and Artistic Directors, the role delivers marketing and communications, admin, finance and operations.

Marketing & Communications

– Deliver regular digital content across social media, website, and email newsletters.

– Support marketing campaigns for productions, participation activity, and organisational communications.

– Maintain brand consistency and manage day-to-day audience communications.

Operations, Administration & Compliance

– Coordinate core operational systems to ensure the organisation runs smoothly.

– Support building and facilities coordination, including maintenance, health and safety, insurance, and compliance.

– Maintain office systems, records, invoicing, and liaison with the bookkeeper.

Artistic Programme Support

– Provide administrative and communications support for Youth Theatre, Young Company, and schools activity.

– Manage school bookings, correspondence, and relationships with teachers and partners.

Fundraising & Development Support

– Support fundraising and development activity through research, data management, and administration.

– Assist with funding applications, reporting, and partnership documentation.

Team Coordination & Cover

– Support effective information sharing and workflow across the organisation.

– Contribute to maternity leave cover, ensuring continuity across marketing, operations, and participation activity.
