Assist the Head of ScreenUK in delivering and overseeing the ScreenUK promotional campaign via strategic marketing and PR.

Working with the Head of ScreenUK, external agencies and freelance editorial staff on ScreenUK undertaking regular content planning and editorial commissions to ensure ScreenUK content is high quality, relevant and appeals to target audiences.

Managing and maintaining the ScreenUK website content, CMS and newsletters, undertaking regular and timely updates.

Working with the Head of ScreenUK, BFI colleagues and relevant external partners to coordinate effective communications of the UK Global Screen Fund, supporting the production of press releases and marketing materials, taking responsibility for maintaining departmental web page information and internal communications, as well as assisting with promotional and outreach events on an ad-hoc basis.

Working with the Head of ScreenUK and fund executives and external consultants, manage and organise UKGSF training and promotional events and deliver the events to a high standard.

Providing professional and diplomatic internal and external stakeholder management, to ensure necessary input and expertise is fed into the development of the Fund.

Taking primary responsibility for financial processing of payments for the Promoting UK Screen strand, ensuring payments are tracked, coded and monitored effectively, providing support to senior colleagues as required.

Checking the accuracy of invoices and other relevant materials on receipt, and ensuring that all payments are approved and made as scheduled and financial procedures are adhered to.

Working with the Head of ScreenUK and Marketing Manager (International) to assist in supporting the ScreenUK Industry brand across social media, digital, design, and partnerships, as well as coordination of materials and assets to support the BFI and UK presence, as required.
Job Requirements
-
Substantial previous experience in event and project management.
-
Experience in communications, marketing and PR, with respect to industry and/or consumer brand management, promotional materials and asset generation.

A demonstrable and keen interest and understanding of the screen sectors.
-
Highly computer literate with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.

Proven experience of working with content management systems.
-
Proven experience and understanding of using database systems, such as Blackbaud Grantmaking and / or financial tracking.
-
Demonstrable experience of working as a supportive team member.
