Senior Producer, Creative Studio

Working under the direction of the Head of Creative Studio – Video, to create materials for a wide range of National Theatre projects but primarily focused on working on production key art, moving image and campaign content.

The Senior Producer will lead on Moving Image concepting and execution, originating new ideas and assets, the span of which is extremely broad, including large campaigns, small bespoke videos for the National Theatre and it’s social channels. This role helps set the benchmark for creative thinking and execution, inspiring the other members of the team and demonstrating best practice design skills.

The successful candidate will have the following:

• Extensive experience as a Content Producer or Senior Producer level with demonstrable experience either in-house or agency
• The proven ability to come up with successful creative ideas, which help to deliver key campaign objectives in an engaging way
• An understanding of how to create and deliver work for social channels as well as an excellent understanding of social optimisation
• Proven leadership abilities, with the capacity to manage and mentor junior members of the studio
• Demonstratable ability to think creatively and strategically about content and produce and/or oversee clear storyboard, script and concept documents
