Job Summary

We are recruiting a Freelance Outreach Producer for our Take Flight Tour. We are looking for a highly skilled communicator who is organised, tenacious and pro-active to book and produce the Take Flight Circus Baby workshops into baby groups across England.

Job Description

Fee: £2,000 (breaking down to approximately 10 days at £200 a day)

Hours: Flexible but expected to spread hours over the week between start date and end date of project. Workshop booking to take place Jan-Feb 2026.

Reporting to: Co-Artistic Directors Hannah Stone and Ria Ashcroft

Dates: App closes: 3rd December 2025

Interviews: 10th December 2025

Immediate Start

Project completion: July 17th 2026

Work Location: Remote

Job Requirements

Essential skills:

-Excellent communication and organisational skills.

-Attention to detail, record keeping.

-Ability to use word, excel and google docs and Canva or a similar design prog
