The Steward Manager is responsible for the recruitment, training and management of the Green Man Stewarding team.
Job Description
Green Man festival is recruiting a freelance Steward Manager to recruit and manage our Stewarding Team. Volunteer stewards are the public face of the festival, their duties include: giving event information to those attending, monitoring the event and updating Festival Control as and when required.

Experience of managing people and teams
Experience of managing volunteers
Experience of working at festivals or open air events
Experience of stewarding at events
