Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Data & Insights Manager to join our Data & Insights team. Reporting into the Senior Data & Insights Director, this role will lead the design and delivery of data-driven research and intelligence projects, shaping how data is used to inform strategy across creative, media, and client services. We’re looking for someone with commercial acumen, and storytelling flair, and who thrives on turning data into actionable direction.

The successful candidate will take ownership of end-to-end research proposals, from scoping methodologies to delivering impactful insights and recommendations that drive client growth and innovation. You’ll act as the bridge between data, creativity, and marketing strategy, guiding both clients and internal teams in leveraging insights for measurable results.

Working across UK, EMEA, and US markets, you’ll deliver research and insights that reflect local nuance while maintaining a global strategic view. You’ll help clients in different regions understand their audiences, categories, and cultures, turning data into stories that resonate. This is a client-facing position suited to someone who combines analytical depth and great personal skills to build rapport with internal teams and clients.

Job Requirements

We’re looking for someone who blends curiosity with rigour, seeing both the story in the data and the opportunity behind it. You’ll be confident designing methodologies, interrogating datasets, and presenting insights with clarity and conviction.

  • 3-5 years in research, data, or insights (agency, consultancy, or brand-side)

  • Proven ability to design, manage, and deliver full research projects

  • Strong understanding of Paid Search and Paid Social performance data

  • Skilled in quantitative and qualitative methods (surveys, panels, listening tools)

  • Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights

  • Advanced Excel/Sheets; familiarity with SQL or Python

  • Experience with tools such as Pulsar, Brandwatch, GWI, or YouGov

  • Strong storytelling, visualisation, and presentation skills

  • Excellent organisation and project management
