Job Description
The Very Hungry Caterpillar Show has been dazzling audiences around the globe for over seven years, faithfully bringing to the stage Eric Carle’s timeless classics. Most recently completing successful productions in the UK & Asia. Created by Jonathan Rockefeller, this production of the critically acclaimed show features a menagerie of over 75 magical puppets, including the star of the show -The Very Hungry Caterpillar.
PRODUCTION DATES:
Rehearsals: 26/01/2026 – 30/01/2026 (London)
Hong Kong: 31/01/2026 – 10/02/2026 (includes travel days)
UK Technical Rehearsals: 16/02/2026 (Harrogate)
First UK Performance: 17/02/2026
Last UK Performance: 12/04/2026
Job Requirements
Skills required include:
- Attention to detail
- The ability to remain calm under the pressure of a busy live production environment
- Good all-round technical skills
- The ability to deal with a range of in-house systems for both lighting and sound
- Desirable – full, clean Driving License and comfortable driving a Luton Van.
