What You’ll Be Doing:
- Apprenticeship Management: Liaise with training providers, confirm registrations, track learner progress, and ensure compliance with reporting and audit requirements.
- Project Coordination: Lead the end-to-end development of training modules, manage timelines, and facilitate collaboration across teams.
- Talent Attraction: Deliver initiatives to recruit apprentices and trainees, including work experience days and promotional campaigns.
- Training Needs Analysis: Work with internal stakeholders to identify learning priorities and translate them into actionable development plans.
- Content Development: Edit and adapt expert-written materials for clarity, consistency, and accessibility, aligned with professional standards.
- Media Commissioning: Coordinate photography and videography to enhance training content.
- Platform Integration: Upload and structure content on the learning platform, ensuring usability and a positive learner experience.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for contributors and learners, gathering feedback and driving continuous improvement.
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking someone who is:
- Experienced in creating digital or blended learning content.
- A strong project manager with excellent organisational skills.
- Skilled in written English with sharp editorial judgement.
- Confident commissioning and managing creative outputs like video and photography.
- Familiar with learning management systems or online content platforms.
- Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders to deliver high-quality training experiences.
