JMI Development Lead / Fundraising Manager
Location: Hybrid (London-based office & remote)
Contract: Part-time (2 days/week, 9am-5pm or similar working hours)
Salary: £2,100/month (£25,200/year)

Jewish Music Institute (JMI) seeks a strategic and creative Development Lead / Fundraising Manager to lead and grow our fundraising efforts. This key role suits someone with experience across trusts and foundations, individual giving, corporate sponsorships, and digital campaigns. As JMI shifts from a community-based donor model to a more structured and diverse funding strategy, this role will help shape our future sustainability and impact.

Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in fundraising within the arts, music, or non-profit sectors.
Proven success securing income from trusts, foundations, and individual donors. Strong strategic planning, communication, and storytelling skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven fundraising. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team.
Desirable: experience with public sector funders or cultural institutions, knowledge of Jewish culture and music, digital fundraising tools, and event planning.
