Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Creative Programmes Assistant to join our team. The Creative Programmes Assistant supports the Co-CEOs to develop, coordinate and facilitate creative engagement projects and activity that meet The Spring’s purpose and vision. These include, but are not limited to, participation, creative and heritage projects, and artist development activity.
The Creative Programmes Assistant is a key role within the team enabling The Spring to produce and deliver high quality creative and cultural opportunities for the people of Havant Borough and wider area.
Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Salary: £23,690 per annum, pro rata
Reporting to: Creative Director
Supports: Volunteers
