Job Description
The Executive Assistant will act as the primary point of contact for the Artistic Director. We are seeking an experienced professional to support in delivering outstanding client service and managing operational efficiency.
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support including correspondence, diary management and document preparation. The work involves confidence, sensitivity, and discretion in interactions with a variety of people, both nationally and internationally.
This role requires exceptional organisational skills, professionalism, and the ability to work proactively.
We are looking for someone who:
- Can act as the first point of contact for clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders, addressing queries and escalating as appropriate
- Can manage the AD’s diary to schedule and prioritise meetings effectively
- Can prepare detailed meeting packs, including supporting documents, ensuring all necessary information is ready in advance
- Can record and manage action points from meetings, ensuring timely follow-up
- Can maintain an effective diary system to ensure direct reports are scheduled for regular review meetings
- Has experience of GDPR and ensure it is acknowledged in everyday tasks
- Is committed to providing high quality customer service
- Can deal with enquiries confidently providing clear, concise and accurate information or instructions

Job Requirements
Due to the nature of the RAD’s work, the successful candidate will be required to have an Enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service. Applications which do not include a full employment history and reference details will not be taken forward to the shortlisting stage.
