What is the role?
Based on the shop floor, you will be responsible for supporting the store management team, delivering excellent customer service with a focus on sales. Tasks will involve driving forward store revenue and keeping a close focus on customer service
Job Requirements
What will your key responsibilities be?
- Act as an ambassador for London Graphic Centre and the wider Theo Paphitis Retail Group by showing interest in learning everything about the business and your role and positively sharing this knowledge with our customers
- Ensure the security and accuracy of all company systems and ensure that all systems are utilised by all team members as per company policies and procedures
- Focus on achieving sales targets and growing sales within the business
- Outstanding art aproduct knowledge to assist our customers
- Serving account customers and processing goods on account
- Operating tills and processing cash, and credit cards
