Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced Experience Manager to lead a dynamic, immersive dining experience this Christmas in London. The EM will oversee the entire operation and overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the event including but not limited too: show running, inter-department communication, audience satisfaction, security, management of all operational challenges, emergency evacuations and show reporting. Working closely with the Producing Team and Executive Producers throughout.
Fixed Term 5 week contract. £300 per day.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in event or operations management, with experience in immersive experiences and preferably immersive dining experience
- Proven track record of managing multiple teams, including actors, technical staff, and front-of-house personnel.
- Proven track record of customer management and representing brands and client to paying customers and/or corporate clients.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, able to handle diverse teams and complex situations.
- Excellent customer facing skills and experience of handling customers in immersive environment.
- Quick thinking and calm under pressure, especially during technical difficulties or emergencies.
- Strong decision-making skills in high-stress environments.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional, unforgettable audience experiences.
