Job Description
As the Office, Projects & Production Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with key team members to ensure the successful and timely delivery of projects and productions. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining efficiency, meeting objectives, and upholding high-quality standards throughout all stages of delivery.
Subject to organisational requirements, you may be expected to contribute to multiple projects and productions simultaneously, collaborating with various delivery teams and external partners.
Hours: This is full time contract, which is 5 days per week equivalent Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5:30pm, some evening and weekend work will be required, which will be recompensed with time off in lieu.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in project and production support, along with excellent organisational and communication skills. You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and on time, while maintaining a well-functioning office environment.
To thrive in this position, you must be adaptable, professional, and capable of managing a variety of tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting
Essential requirements:
- Experience of successful project support
- Knowledge and experience of production support
- Experience of providing administrative and office management support, including processing, invoicing, diary management and report writing
- Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise and schedule workloads
- Good understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft outlook, word and excel
