Job Description

Tickets for Good is on a mission to make live events more accessible by providing free and discounted tickets to our member base of over 400,000 NHS and healthcare workers, charity workers, teachers, volunteers, and those who receive government support (Ticket Bank). We do this with the belief that event attendance provides a range of physical and mental benefits and that participation in cultural events should be open to all.

With our member base growing we are keen to continue to provide more amazing experiences for them to explore. We are looking to hire a New Business Lead to work within our ‘Tickets In’ team, leading the way on establishing new relationships and partnerships within the events industry, across festivals, comedy nights, theatre and attractions.

The New Business Lead is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach and market research. This role also involves maintaining a pipeline of prospects, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring seamless client onboarding to maximise long-term partnerships.

This role will report directly to our Senior Ticketing Manager, and alongside our team of dedicated Client Account Executives. Collaboration between other departments, such as customer service, ticketing operations and marketing, is also key.

This is an incredible opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven sales professional who not only excels at securing new business but is also passionate about using their skills to make a real difference. We’re looking for someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and driving growth-while staying true to the values of accessibility, inclusion, and social impact. If you want to be part of a company that is transforming lives through live events, we want to hear from you.
