Job Description
Reporting into the Director of Fundraising and Development, you will be responsible for the development and stewardship major donor based outside of the UK. You will also be responsible for planning the international fundraising income growth and working with the RAD’s international offices.
As a Head of International Fundraising you will:
- have experience fundraising internationally
- have experience and a track record of securing five and six figure gifts from HNW and UHNW individuals
- have experience of fundraising with trusts and foundations
- have strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
- have excellent written and oral interpersonal skills with a donor focused approach
- have the ability to deliver pitches and proposals to HNW and UNHW individuals
- have the ability to think strategically
- have strong organisational skills and be self-motivated
- have a passion and commitment to the mission of RAD and an appreciation of the arts

Job Requirements
Due to the nature of the RAD’s work, the successful candidate will be required to have an Enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service. Applications which do not include a full employment history and reference details will not be taken forward to the shortlisting stage.
